Digital Asset: The Internet of Value Coin (“IOVC” or “the Coin”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Viewit.Channel platform (“Platform”), or by purchasing, holding, or otherwise engaging with the Internet of Value Coin (“IOVC”), you (“User”, “you”) acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use and Trading Participation (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Platform or engage in IOVC transactions.

2. Independence of IOVC

The IOVC coin operates independently of Viewit, LLC. Viewit, LLC is not the creator, issuer, manager, or controller of IOVC. The Coin was developed as a separate community-driven initiative utilizing the XRP Ledger (XRPL) network. Viewit, LLC merely provides the Viewit.Channel platform as a digital venue that may display information, enable limited blockchain interaction, and facilitate certain payment or conversion processes through third-party service providers, including Stripe and Onramp Technologies.

3. Platform Role and Technology

Viewit, LLC provides the Viewit.Channel platform for informational, social, and entertainment purposes only. The Platform may integrate Stripe, Stripe’s Bridge, and Onramp technologies to facilitate crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto conversions, including conversions between IOVC and government-backed currencies. These services are performed entirely through third-party infrastructure, and Viewit, LLC does not handle, custody, or control user funds. Viewit, LLC does not:

  • Issue or sell IOVC;
  • Provide financial, investment, or trading advice;
  • Guarantee the performance, stability, or value of IOVC;
  • Operate or control any decentralized or centralized exchange.

4. Smart Contract and Blockchain Functionality

Transactions in IOVC occur exclusively through autonomous XRPL smart contracts. By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • All transactions are governed by immutable blockchain code;
  • Smart contracts execute automatically and cannot be reversed or modified;
  • Viewit, LLC has no control over XRPL network operations or user wallets.

Users must ensure the security of their wallets, private keys, and network configurations. Viewit, LLC cannot recover lost funds or reverse blockchain transactions.

5. Terms of Trading

Trading or transferring IOVC is conducted entirely through third-party exchanges or decentralized trading platforms (DEXs). Engagement in any such activity is at your own risk. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Viewit, LLC does not operate, endorse, or control trading venues;
  • The value of IOVC may fluctuate significantly due to market demand, community activity, and broader digital asset trends;
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating and bearing the risks of any IOVC transaction.

Trading participation is subject to all applicable local laws, exchange terms, and compliance requirements of Stripe, Onramp, and XRPL.

6. Patent-Pending and Proprietary Technology

The IOVC ecosystem may utilize patent-pending algorithms and liquidity mechanisms designed to encourage long-term ecosystem sustainability and discourage rapid market manipulation. These technologies are experimental and do not guarantee price stability, liquidity, or return on participation. Patent status does not imply approval, endorsement, or regulatory recognition.

7. Non-Investment Nature

IOVC is a digital community token and should be viewed as a utility and social asset, not an investment. Purchasing or holding IOVC does not entitle you to:

  • Ownership or equity in Viewit, LLC or any entity;
  • Dividends, profit sharing, or other financial returns;
  • Managerial or voting rights in the Viewit project or any affiliated company.

You understand that IOVC’s value is speculative and that you may lose all amounts spent acquiring it.

8. Risk Disclosure

Participation in blockchain-based ecosystems involves significant risks, including but not limited to:

  • High volatility and market fluctuations;
  • Regulatory or legal uncertainty;
  • Technical vulnerabilities, hacks, or smart contract failures;
  • Loss of private keys or digital assets;
  • Unintended execution of autonomous code.

You participate at your own risk and agree that Viewit, LLC bears no responsibility for such events.

9. No Financial Advice

All content on the Viewit.Channel platform is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing herein constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before engaging in any digital asset activity.

10. Payment Processing and Conversions

Payment and conversion services, where available, are provided via Stripe, Stripe’s Bridge, and Onramp Technologies, subject to their respective terms of service. Such integrations enable conversion between digital assets (including IOVC) and fiat currencies. All conversions are performed under the third-party providers’ infrastructure and terms — Viewit, LLC does not process, control, or guarantee these conversions.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, logos, and content on the Viewit.Channel platform remain the property of Viewit, LLC or its licensors. The XRPL network, IOVC, and any related smart contracts remain under their respective open-source or independent ownership structures. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viewit, LLC and its affiliates disclaim all liability for: any loss of funds, data, or assets; trading or market losses; bugs, vulnerabilities, or failures in blockchain code; third-party services, including Stripe, Onramp, and exchanges; or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. All services and information are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind.

13. Compliance and Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in IOVC and use of Viewit.Channel comply with applicable local, state, national, and international laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Viewit, LLC operates, excluding conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

Viewit, LLC may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on the Platform and will supersede all prior versions. Continued use of the Platform or participation in IOVC activities constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
